Video: New Nintendo Switch trailer gives overview of Astral Chain

To celebrate the recent launch of Astral Chain, Nintendo and PlatinumGames have unveiled a new promo that gives an overview of the acclaimed title. In the game, players take control of the protagonist and a Legion simultaneously to chain combos. You can change Legions on the fly to vary your style and unleash a variety of abilities.     1. I picked it up last week. I’m not very far in (damn work keeping me away), only the first two cases, but I’ve been blown away so far. I gotta say though, hearing Cassandra Lee Morris put on a southern accent is… weird; good thing it’s only for one part of her character though as a police dog mascot (gives me Blue Badger from Phoenix Wright vibes, kinda).

      I haven’t encountered any bugs yet; the most annoying thing I’ve come across so far is that sometimes chain jumping feels inconsistent, especially when it’s difficult to tell if your Legion is actually on a faraway platform since it hovers above the floor. I think you’ll like the combat with the different Legions and how you can actually use the chain binding you to your advantage in battle (for example, you can goad an enemy into charging at you, then position yourself and your Legion on opposite sides of it so it runs into your chain, flinging it back and stunning it- I used it on a larger monster and it was the most satisfying thing).
