Mike Pollock to continue voicing Dr. Eggman in the Sonic series

By now, you’ve more than likely heard about shake-ups that have been taking place the past week with the voice cast of the Sonic the Hedgehog games. So far, Roger Craig Smith and Cindy Robinson have confirmed that they are no longer going to be voicing the roles of Sonic and Amy Rose, respectively.

Well, one voice actor that isn’t going anywhere is the man that has been voicing the evil Dr. Eggman for over 15 years. Mike Pollock confirmed on his personal Twitter account that he is going to be continuing to be the voice of Dr. Eggman in the video games. You can see his tweet down below.

  1. He’s the one voice actor of the post-4Kids/Pontaff era that I want to keep around.

I’ll always praise Deem Bristow, but Pollock is the next best thing, and you can’t deny his iconic-ness.

  2. The Sonic X era will always live on through Mike. Nothing can keep this man down. If he ever did get replaced at this point it would just feel extremely jarring.

  3. That is good to hear. I will always hate Omochao even if he has a good voice actor. I’ll never forgive Omochao for replacing cream the rabbit on team sonic racing.
