Atlus and Pandasaurus team up for Persona 5 Royal card game

Atlus has announced it has teamed up with Pandasaurus Games for a special Persona 5 Royal card game which has been designed by the acclaimed designer, Emerson Matsuuchi. Pandasaurus Games says that it is aiming to release Personal 5 Royal card game in stores and online towards the end of 2023. The company says it will share with more details soon.

“Players will take on the roles of their favorite Phantom Thieves and fight to change the world in this cooperative card-based strategy game.”

  1. As much as i enjoy table top card games not sure how this will hold up with the likes of other card games that have been around awhile Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic.

    Be interesting if they bring the Persona 5 Royal TCG to the Nintendo Switch and/or other consoles like Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel or Yu-Gi-Oh Link Evolution.

        1. I mean, there are many card games out there that are not trading card games. Exploding Kittens, Unstable Unicor, Gloom, Codenames, 7 Wonders, Coup are just some examples.

  2. I’d be more exited for this if it weren’t just Persona 5 themed, and instead contained Personas and characters from across the entire series.
