  1. Seen as its only 7 weeks off, think I’ll give it a miss and go in completely blind, I mean how often do we get a new Zelda game.

    1. They will not leave you alone every tidbit will appear in your face as news here and other sites and if you use Tiktok instegram you will be hammered for 7 weeks.

    2. went into BotW very blind, just checked out the first 1 or two trailers and decided to ignore everything else. Turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. With some games it wouldn’t have made such a difference, but BotW really wants you to sense that awe exploring and discovering stuff for your self, feeling like you own these things.
So I would even say I think it would really harm the experience to watch this. This might be nice for everyone who’s on the fence, but if you buying it anyways or even have it preordered, what exactly is the point.

  2. It will all flood at the end wind waker 2 will be next 😁

I will watch 1 minute of it, using random video clicks. And if it seems pointless and not a spoiler, I will watch it all. 😝

    1. Tears of the Kingdom refers to Zelda’s tears, when she finds out why Link spends more and more time at Lon Lon Ranch recently. So she tries to drown her misery in that bar in Zora’s domain to find herself lying next to Prince Siphon the next morning. And thus, the calamity of emotions takes its course!

  3. Not watching. Once I’ve decided to buy a game, I don’t watch anything else about it pre-release… with Smash Bros being the exception.

It’s a sequel to BOTW so I feel like if you’ve already played that, you have a good idea of what to expect and you’ll have some nice additions to discover as you play.

    1. My sentiments exactly.

It didn’t stop my curiosity to look at some of the art book that leaked (I won’t spoil anything), and as soon as I saw something new I stopped.

My point is, I was right to think that this game still has plenty to be excited about, and new discoveries to be made as well

  4. Yeah, I sort of want to go into this blind, but I didn’t with botw and that still amazed me.

I’m gona have to try and resist the temptation of clicking on the info when it arrives.
It’s like a hungry dog with a big juicy steak thinking of saving it for later, probably not gona happen!

    1. I was also a bit bummed, when they announced it would be playing in basically the same Hyrule again and even with the sky-elements it sounded a bit like there wouldn’t be added more than 30% to the experience.

But then I thought I always thought wouldn’t it be nice if, instead of creating a new game with a new angine, new overworld and all, just take whats there and add as much stuff as possible? They had 6 years time to go crazy and didn’t have to work on the engine and everything again and could recycle some basic elements. As I really doubt they were lazy and guess they would already have shipped it if there really wasn’t any reason to wait until now to release it, I’, quite confident they won’t put one of their main franchises at risk. Plus we shouldn’t forget BotW was optimized to run on the WiiU, so there might be q few more tricks in this game which doesn’t have to be bottlenecked onto the previous system.

Majora’s Mask took a year to be completed and also pretty much just reused everything. Im quite curious what they’re gonna do with so much more production time.
