Capcom recently held the 44th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and were asked a number of interesting questions by their shareholders. One of these questions was related to the Resident Evil series which are now available on the Nintendo Switch albeit as Cloud Versions. The Japanese company was asked whether they are only developing HD remakes of the numbered entires in the popular survival horror franchise, to which they said that they are carrying out discussions with their teams to work out the future expansion of the series so that various classic titles can be played by a wider audience.
Q: Will you be providing high-end visual remakes of only the main numbered entries in the Resident Evil series?
A: We are carrying out discussions regarding the future expansion of this series so it can be enjoyed by a wide audience.
Don’t you dare, Capcom!!! At least, give us the old game as well AS THEY WERE.
Code Veronica is not a spin-off game, tho, it’s a main title. It just isn’t numbered, but it’s canon.
At first I thought they meant making and got excited. Then i realized they said Re-making and got frustrated.

Sorry to say but cashcom will remake games but make changes and tweak it so the super queer extremists wont be assholes.
Of course they won’t rule it out. Because they lack the discipline to not make resident evil games. Why not make games people actually want instead like Mega man battle network 7 or 3D remakes of breath of fire 1 and 2 or anything but more resident evil games? I’d rather have another Marvel vs Capcom title, and I hate MvC. At least it would resolve that he cliffhanger of infinite.
