Gex Trilogy coming to Nintendo Switch

Limited Run Games has concluded their 2023 showcase, and there was a lot of content revealed, a lot of which may be interesting to Nintendo console owners. However, the final announcement they had may surprise a lot of you. That’s because it features the return of a video game franchise that hasn’t seen the release of a new game in over 20 years.

Limited Run Games and Square Enix have announced Gex Trilogy, which will include Gex, Gex: Enter the Gecko, and Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko. There is no release date at this time, but it will be coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam. The reveal trailer is down below.

  1. So, is this just a re-release or a remaster/remake of the trilogy? I remember these games, never finished them, because I was too young and they were too hard for me. Looking forward to fix that soon :)

  2. I’d heard of these games and I remember seeing one of them on shelves at movie rental stores (remember those?), but never played one. I might have to indulge now once this comes out.
