Pokemon Black & White 2 are, once again, the best-selling video games with 181,756 units sold. Although its sales have dropped last week, the Nintendo 3DS remains atop the hardware charts. Out of the top 10 best-selling software of the week, seven titles are exclusive to Nintendo platforms. Here are the Japanese software and hardware charts.

The only difference are the legendary Pokemon, and some other Pokemon, as far as all the other main Pokemon games go. I think you’ll be fine.
If you want to go along with the story from Black then pick Black 2, if not then just pick the one with the most Pokemon you like, that’s what I usually do anyway.

Not really, usually it’s a pretty close call with half of the charts games being games on Sony consoles, and half of them being on Nintendo consoles. This time it looks like Nintendo has pretty much the whole market, and Sony is left cold behind, that must’ve hurt in their own country.
This gen handheld has 3ds at 88% of the handheld population worldwide with vita at 12%. These 3ds numbers for Japan is ok but not great, but I think them and the world is holding off to the 3dsxl before they make a purchase.
Looks like Nintendo has Japan in their clutches, seems like Sony is getting pretty much ignored.

There are tons of fantastic and creative FPS out there Like the Portal series, Half-life series, Halo series, Team Fortress series, Bulletstorm, Bioshock, Metroid Prime and many, many more. Cod and pokemon are u sleeping thats the greatest handheld game ever created. And not sure but dont compare a game that created a whole franchise(anime, manga, toys playing cards, and a world championship) and the graphics are not as good as cod but it still has higher replay-ability. And next 2 years cod will be like guitar hero but pokemon will be at its highest on the 3ds in 3d. Already got a clip with pokedex 3d

The Elite Status Rewards were announced recently, and I’m sure you’ve already heard from a lot of fans who are disappointed by this year’s selection. True, Club Nintendo is a bonus service and on some level fans should be happy for anything they see here. Sadly, this is just not the case. Many members such as myself spend a lot of money on products we would not have otherwise considered had it not been for the Club Nintendo coins we would receive from completing surveys many of us feel aren’t even taken seriously. The reveal of the Elite rewards every year is a huge deal to a lot of dedicated Nintendo fans. And this year, after a lot of hard work and lots of spending in an uneven economy we get a deck of playing cards. Your diehard fans, the ones who support your systems and products and frequent Zelda news sites for even the chance at hearing of a new game are getting frustrated. Let’s not focus on E3. It was just bad. Let’s look at the deck of playing cards as a reward for spending hundreds of dollars on Nintendo products.
A few years back Club Nintendo of Japan made available as a reward to its members a Super Famicom controller you could plug into your Wiimote. What a great idea! Surely Nintendo of America would see that retro gaming is a live and well in the USA and that a Super Nintendo controller attachment would be appreciated in America! And we get a button set. Or a deck of playing cards. Club Nintendo of America members have yet to see the golden nunchuk offered overseas as a compliment to the golden Zelda Wiimote. I assure you, Zelda fans and anal retentive folks live here, too.
In comparison to the variety and quality of the items offered by overseas Club Nintendo sites is should be very easy to see why lifetime fans such as myself feel pretty let down by the low bar Club Nintendo continually sets for itself with its elite gifts. The idea should be to present your fans with something unique and creative that they just can’t get anywhere else. A button set? See Etsy. A deck of Nintendo playing cards? Hanfuda would have at least made more sense. It seems as if every year the decision makers at Club Nintendo of America have simply no idea what its fans want or just don’t care enough to make it happen.
I don’t imagine my letter will get much past an auto-reply or a very kind person who really has no control over the things I’m talking about. And that’s too bad. Perhaps if I was a member of Club Nintendo Japan I would have more of a chance.

well i guess some one needs a bit of facts out here to clear the confusion. pokemon ‘s total sales are more than 220 million. call of duty sits at 125 million. cod ‘s modern warfare 3 is the best selling game of the franchise to date and stands at 26.5 million. while that of pokemon’s red and blue holds guinness world records of best selling japanese rpg and sits at 31.38 million. out of mario’s supersmash bros 10 million of it came bundled free of cost so that makes it to 30 million aprrox however new super mario bros may beat red and blue. in 2009 (i.e. before the arrival of the fifth gen. which brought lots of cions for pokemon along with resurgence in popularity) a mini free magazine was released detailing pokemon’s success. it has sold more than 14 billion cards.the tv show is aired in 74 countries.but let me begin from the beginning.on 11 november 1998 reports came that pokemon anime had quickly become very popular and neared the top of new york children’s programming tv ratings. on 1 december 1998 viz announced that the incredibly popular first issue of the Pokémon manga will have a second printing. The manga, which was a tie-in with the enormously popular Game Boy game, was quickly being snapped up by parents.
This was only the second time a Viz comic had to be printed twice: the first one was Dragon Ball #1, and the final number of printed copies of Pokémon #1 were expected to surpass the final amount sold of DB#1. Viz expected sales to increase as the holiday rush progressed.on 12 december 1998 Viz announced the release of the second printing of the first volume of the extremely popular Pokémon comic series.
