    1. Think you should ask Square Enix, not Nintendo ;)
But yeah, glad I’m not the only one who wants a remake for DQ8. Brilliant game

  1. I’ve never played a single Dragon Quest game, but I always thought it looked cool. Looks like the kind of game that I would really love. I’m surprised I never played any of them.

  2. Exclusively to 3ds, or exclusive to japan? Only asking cuz i dont think anyone counts remakes as exclusives but i wants and im in the us.

      1. Man everytime! I always see you stoop way low and I think you can’t go any lower but everytime you surprise me and show me you are more ignorant than what I thought……..that is unless you are just trolling and pretending to be this ignorant on every single article that this site publishes.

  3. Dragon quest fans, I have only ever played number 9 (sentinels “something” stary skies)
    and I loved it
    How difrenrt is this one?

    1. I haven’t played this one but i played dq8 and dq9 and alot of other ones so in my opinion dq9 wanne as good as some others in the series but it was still good Dq8 was amazing. If you liked dq9 then you gna love the other ones it can only get better

  4. I really like how this game’s looking. Even though someone already said the graphics look like shit: No… That’s just the style of Dragon Quest and the low resolution of the 3DS screen. I think the animations are looking quite nice and the colors and everything. I really hope that they will bring this game to the USA and Europe… And not only to the USA or stuff like that, honestly. That’s why I hate every kind of regional lock, but whatever. I never played the original so I really hope I’ll be able to get another 3DS game right into my shelf. It’s about time ^^

  6. This is a definite buy for me, personally, if it comes to North America. I love the Dragon Quest games, although I have not played every single one. I missed this on PS2 for some reason so It’d be absolutely great if it came to NA. Although the 3DS is not the most technologically advanced handheld system, there is no doubt that is has the best games. Nothing against “Life” and the awesome machine it is, but gaming is all about… games :D Nintendo knows that well.

  7. everyone who know me, hate dragon quest because they know they can’t find me anywhere when a new dragon quest is come out. give it to me square enix, you hear me??
