Band Brothers P Nintendo Direct Round-Up, Plus Trailer

This morning’s Chotto Direct focussed on the Japan-exclusive game Band Brothers P. For those who missed the live presentation, you can catch up with it, here. Alternatively, you can take a look at the new details below, tweeted by Dan Koopman throughout the presentation, and the new trailer above.

  • Control options include buttons and using the touchscreen as guitar or drums.
  • A maximum of ten instruments per song can be used.
  • The game can be enjoyed over local and online play.
  • Like previously mentioned, you can make a vocaloid singer. This will allow you to simulate singing and play another special touchscreen version.
  • The SD card can save up to 3000 songs and you use tomatoes to download songs, with 100 free songs on the title.
  • 2000 songs from the Daigasso! Band Brothers DX version will be available to download from day one.
  • Just like the previous game, there are radio studios which you can listen to with your favourite songs. Genres now as well.
  • Up to January 31, it is possible to import songs from the Deluxe version, which was released on Nintendo DS.
  • Songs can be uploaded to YouTube, so that people with portable devices can look at them.

    1. I am writing this paragraph to inform you that I am writing a paragraph. It will contain content on stuff up for debate. I hope it will be relevant to what we are arguing. Many rebuttals and opposing viewpoints will reflected during this argument. Again, not to be repetitive, not that I am trying to be redundant or anything, and also to avoid repeating myself on the above information, just before the ” Again, not to be repetitive…”, many rebuttals and opposing viewpoints will reflected during this argument. We are having this argument to display the many viewpoints of each individual on the topic of this discussion. This discussion will contain content that is completely subjective. This essay is written in response to show my opinion on the subject of the matter and nothing my. I hope my opinion will bring light down upon you and make you realize things you have never noticed before, until now, after the fact that I am expressing my personal opinion on the subject at hand.

  1. Awesome, really looking forward to this. Played sooo much of Daigasso! Band Brothers DX, so it’s nice that they let you import songs from it ;D Hopefully we can make songs longer than 120 bars this time around!
…Crap, just remembered that the 3DS is region-locked!! D: GODDAMNIT

  2. “Songs can be uploaded to YouTube, so that people with portable devices can look at them” You had my curiosity, but now you have my attention

  3. So it’s a musical game… And we all know that japanese people are terrible at music…
Why you don’t bring this game to us ?! ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)

  4. This game seems fun, but I’m no good at making music. Played the clarinet, but the music notes were confusing, only the pauses and the dots.
