WayForward designer and director James Montagna has revealed that he is developing a solo project for Wii U. Montagna says he plans to soon make a formal announcement regarding his upcoming Wii U project. In addition to his indie projects, Montagna worked with WayForward on over 15 titles, including A Boy and His Blob, Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why’d you steal our garbage?!! and the recently-released Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.

Can’t wait! :)
What? You sold your Wii U, please tell you have another now. If not, well I guess im in the same pool as you.
Its kinda fun, lets see how talanted he is, could have potential… Nintendo!!…
I never sold my Wii U. I just sent it off to get repaired is all.
He’s just trollin
Yeah, Sure, But, Whatever. Being upfront about things is my style. Lets compete one day and have hopes and dreams for great people to develop great games no matter company, no matter platform yada yada yada, etc.
Sorry – started what I could not stop.
That’s exciting, I like the games that he works on.
Lets hope that this is a Brilliance that will shine, not hinder…
agreed
So far from Wayforward has been great. I trust their talents. :)
That’s great. Don’t know what to say really. I think it’s cool that a simple weekend project is getting an “official annoncement”.
Weekend experiment? I’m going to hold words for the time being.
I appreciate all indie games, but quite honestly I have not played a good one in a long time. I’m pretty bored of them actually. What happened to good indie games like Minecraft and Terraria?
Cool.
