From the announcement trailer – posted above – Square Enix is looking to release the title at some point this year, though there’s no launch window or specific dates detailed. With a North American release on the cards, and according to an earlier spotted trademark, here’s hoping the publisher brings the popular rhythm game over to Europe.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call will be heading to North America. The publisher’s latest rhythm-fever 3DS game is due to launch in Japan later this week and will feature 221 songs with over 60 characters from the Final Fantasy franchise.
Square Enix has announced that
Awesome! Hopefully this will fill up retail game gaps for the 3DS ;D
We can get this, but not FFXV? Square Enix continues to amuse me…
And I think I’ve played the demo of this. Final Fantasy’s music is… it’s eargasm. ._.
XV was designed for next gen consoles, so I’m not too surprised at that.
Yeah, but I’d rather have a slightly downgraded version than nothing at all. :( And plus, I’ve never played any FF games. The closest thing I’ve played to one is the FFXIIILR demo. I thought it was pretty good.
I’m sure they take just the same time to develop, right?

-_-
They gonna pull that crap again where you pay £1 for an additional song
My biggest pet peeve with the original was the random character unlock/drop system. Had to unlock 5-6 characters I don’t give a crap about before someone I wanted came along. Too much work.
I’m doing a research for grad school. Please, can you spend 5 minutes to answer a short survey about RPGs? Your opinion is greatly appreciated.
