Nintendo of Europe has revealed six new home menu themes will be heading to the 3DS eShop this week. On Friday, November 21, 3DS owners will be able to download two Pokemon themes featuring either an adorable sleeping Pikachu or a panoramic background with Primal Kyogre and Groudon. So if you’re thinking of picking up Pokemon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire when it launches on November 28 in the region, you can twin your purchase with either background for €1.99 / £1.79 each.
Alternatively, three new Super Mario themes will launch to add to the ever-growing collection of the popular character. Coming in pastel pink, blue and neon green, all three themes are priced at the regular €1.99 / £1.79. But for those who like to grow their theme selection for free, 3DS owners can also download a free Sonic Boom home theme menu. For a closer look at the upcoming themes, you can view them in the gallery below.

that really makes my dlc
Minus8 does some good flash work. Most of it +18 material. I’m sure most of us who care about Nintendo news are over 18 anyway. Just a hunch.
first wooooooooooooo
Time to buy more themes!
I dunno, I kinda want that Groudon theme…
I kind of want. I just don’t know exactly how much I want it.
wiiu
They still charge money for themes?
The Sonic theme is really nice (although the game sucks). And it´s free!!! Nintendo should launch a free theme once in a while, even if it´s a simple one
