Sonic Frontiers was not only a commercial success but it also laid down the groundwork for the 3D Sonic games of the future. While we are someway off knowing what is next for the 3D Sonic series, a new update is scheduled for Sonic Frontiers this month which will add new playable characters, a new story and new challenges. SEGA uploaded a new trailer for the free The Final Horizon update which is coming to all platforms on Thursday, 28th September.
