Persona is a spin-off from this series. This is the main series. They share common concepts and the demons in SMT are the same for the most part as the ones in Persona. So if you like Persona you should give it a shot.

Yep, it’s generally with the intention of saving the world, and it’s probably the best JRPG franchise out there, at the very least from a story point of view…
So this is a new entry in the main series, huh? This should be interesting. What I like is that more and more developers are finally moving over to 3DS from the DS.
What, Strange Journey is SMT IV, and why is a wallpaper from Imagine in here?
It’s just a placeholder image, and Atlus decided to not make Strange Journey 4, I think they were afraid that fans would be mad that being a numbered entry in the series, so at this point it’s basically 3.5 or something to that extent…
