The day has finally come for fans to own the physical edition of The Super Mario Bros. Movie on either Blu-ray or DVD in the United States and Canada. The beautifully animated movie was previously available to purchase digitally, but the physical editions are now available at a number of big retailers, such as Amazon, Best Buy, Target and Walmart. Some retailers have their own specific versions, for instance, Target’s version features a special 3D Lenticular Case, so it may be worth shopping around to see what version you can get.

Something weird happened with this. Amazon and Best Buy have different release dates… one week after Target and Walmart.
I pre-ordered from Ebay and up until today all it showed for the release date was the 12/31/2023 place holder.
I guess if we want to be sure the release date is legit, we’ll need to go to a brick-and-mortar store and see it sitting on a shelf.
Target and Walmart have physical copies in stores.
Hilarious, if you ordered from Amazon or something and have to wait another week.
